The four star Promenada Hotel is located right in the center of Karlovy Vary, opposite the Geyser colonnade, and the first spring. This family-oriented hotel is formed from two historic buildings which date to the 15th and 17th century. The hotel management and staff have a strong commitment to maintaining interpersonal relationships, attention to detail and quality, and ensuring guests feel welcome, providing a high-class service without any of the usual formality. All of the hotel`s rooms underwent full refurbishment in 2007, and a new Wellness center was opened complete with brand new pool, as well as a parking facility with full CCTV coverage.
Infrastructure

Like the hotel, the Promenada restaurant is highly renowned in all of Karlovy Vary owing to the exquisite French cuisine the menu has to offer, with all culinary creations expertly prepared by top chefs. In the prestigious Top 100 restaurant awards Promenada was dubbed `the Best Restaurant in Karlovy Vary` in 2007, 2008, and 2009, while also considered one of the best restaurants in the Czech Republic. The Promenada restaurant is open from 12pm-11pm. New Wellness center (Aquilla Wellness), massage facility, and beauty salon, underground parking for €8 euro/24hours, and internet in the hotel lobby free to all hotel guests, or €2.50 euro/30 mins for non-hotel guests.
Accommodation
No two hotel rooms are identical to one another, although all rooms do share certain features in common and they all have a romantic feel to them. The hotel comprises a total of 20 rooms. There are 20 exclusive doubles, and one 2 floor apartment. Of the 20 doubles 8 have twin beds, and two non-smoking. All rooms are available for single occupancy. All rooms come with either a street view or overlooking the courtyard. Rooms overlooking the courtyard come with either a balcony or a terrace. All rooms come complete with bathroom with either bathtub or shower, direct dial telephone, free wireless internet access, satellite television, refrigerator and minibar, hairdryer, safe deposit box, bathrobes, slippers (for an additional charge of €2 euro). Cots are available upon request, free of charge. It is possible to provide additional beds for an additional charge. Pet accommodation is available for an additional charge €12 euro/day. Room service is available for a charge of €4 euros. Daily. Twice weekly. Daily. 2pm. 11am. Possible depending on room availability. Possible on arrangement with hotel management.

There are 2 doubles of this type, comprising a standard non-smoking double room. Room size 25-28m². There are 18 rooms of this type, comprising a standard non-smoking double room. Room size 30-35m². 3 room apartment for 4 people spread over 2 floors. On the first floor there is a living room complete with furniture and television, and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, one with shower and toilet, and another with bathtub and toilet. Room size 50m².
Dining
Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor of the hotel, while lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant. Monday - Friday 7am-10am, Saturday - Sunday from 8am-10:30am (buffet: guests can expect the same quality from the food served as that found in the Promenada restaurant). A la Carte dining in the restaurant or alternatively guests can order food to the room via room service, available from 12pm-11pm. NB: there is an additional charge of €4 euros for any food and drinking ordered through room service.
Wellness
The hotel does not offer traditional spa treatment, however, as accords with the hotel management’s policy, a brand new Wellness center was recently opened at the hotel, a mecca of relaxing bliss and tranquility, and a healthy way for guests to spend their leisure time. The Aquila Wellness club provides the ideal setting for those seeking to achieve both physical and inner spiritual harmony. The Aquila Wellness club invites all guests to take advantage of the pool, sauna, steam and whirlpool bath, and several types of massage (including relaxation and classical massage types), aromatic baths, body peeling, and several different types of cosmetic procedures (face masks, wrinkle and cleansing treatments etc.). All procedures are carried out using mineral water. Guests are invited to take advantage of the specially designed wellness programs on offer.
