The four star Romance Pushkin hotel is located right in the center of Karlovy Vary, opposite the Geyser colonnade and the Zamkoviye Lazne health spa clinic. The hotel is built on the site of the former Annaberg guest house, built in 1867 and then converted into a hotel in 1899. In 2001 and 2002, all of the hotel`s rooms and its restaurant underwent full refurbishment. As part of the refurbishment, rooms were fitted with minibar, hairdryer, safe deposit box, satellite television, and new furniture.

Cafe-restaurant Pushkin has a capacity of 80 people, with a relaxed and pleasant ambience. Restaurant with summer terrace affording views onto the colonnade and the rest of the town, with a capacity of 30 people. Inside, the restaurant accommodates 20 people. Massage therapy center on the 1st floor. There are 2 elevators, one of which has disabled access. The 2nd floor houses a communal kitchen, open for all guests to use. Room service is also available at the hotel. Currency exchange, free WiFi internet access in all rooms and throughout all communal areas of the hotel.
