The four star Grand Hotel Pupp First Class forms the main part of the Grand Hotel Pupp. Situated right in the heart of the resort on the banks of the river Teplá, the hotel lies just on the edge of the walking trail footpath, surrounded by woodland. The hotel is approximately 7 minutes walk from Geyser Colonnade and about 20 minutes walk from the shopping mall.
Infrastructure
The hotel relax center boasts a jacuzzi, sauna, and a solarium (charged at €1.30 euro/min), and gym, which guests can use free of charge. All children aged 10 years and under using the equipment must be supervised by an adult. The hotel has 4 restaurants and bars. There is the Grand Restaurant Pupp, Mal Dvoran Club, and the Rendez-Vous bar, as well as the most famous nightclub boasting live music-Bakers Bar. In addition, there is the Golf restaurant situated in the square in the Orlovy Hills, and Cafe Pupp. 11 concert hall/conference rooms, ideal also for business cocktail parties, and exhibitions. Internet access is available both in the hotel reception and in all the rooms (for a charge of €4 euro/hour, or €20 euro/24 hours). As well as this, the hotel boasts an on-site hairdressing salon, manicure/pedicure service, beauty salon, and a relaxation center (with jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, fitness-center, and massage). Guests can also take advantage of the boutique which stocks a wide range of international brands. There is also the Pupp Casino and billiards. There is a large parking facility with space for 80 vehicles, for a charge of €1.20 euro/hour, or €15euro/day.
Accommodation
The hotel comprises a total of 117 rooms. There are 10 singles, 97 doubles, and 10 apartments. All rooms come complete with safety keycard locking system, all hotel room doors are also fitted with a bell and peephole, centrally controlled lighting, direct dial telephone, radio, satellite television, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, and safe deposit box. Pet accommodation is available for an additional charge of €1 euro/day. Specially adapted rooms are available for disabled guests. The reception operates 24 hours a day, and a housekeeping service is also available 24 hours. Non-smoking rooms are available. Additional beds and cots may be supplied on request. Rooms have either a street view or overlook the woodland. Daily. Every 3 days. Daily or as guests require. 2pm. 11am. Possible up until 6pm upon agreement with staff, as well as an additional charge of 50% of room cost.

Dining
The hotel restaurants serve international cuisine and vegetarian cooking is also available. Breakfast, which takes the form of a buffet, is served in the Mirror Hall. Guests may choose from either the menu or the buffet at lunch and dinner, served either in the Chopin Restaurant or the Mirror Hall. Meals do not include drinks which must be ordered separately from the drinks menu. Treatment
All treatments are carried out in the large Arfa spa facility complex, situated in the main hotel complex. Treatments take place every day of the week from 8am until 6pm during the high season.
