The four star Kolonada spa is situated in the resort center, opposite the Minsk Colonnade, and in close proximity to the springs. Originally erected in 1850, a full restoration of spa hotel was carried out in 2006.
Infrastructure
Indoor 4x8x1.3m pool with wave machine. Open Monday from 9am-9pm, Tuesday from 3pm-9pm, and Wednesday from 9am-9pm. Use of the pool, sauna (capacity 5 people) and whirlpool is charged at €13 Euro/hour, while the use of the solarium costs €0.60 Euro/minute. Hotel guests can enjoy use of all these facilities free of charge. The hotel boasts 2 restaurants (open from 11am-10pm), a cafe, and a lobby-bar. Souvenir store, hairdresser, beauty salon, fitness club and gym, currency exchange, dry cleaning service. Internet café (€4 Euro/30 mins.), free cable internet access in rooms. Laptops are available for hire at €13/day. Pet accommodation is charged at €15 Euro/day (cat/dog). The hotel is fitted with CCTV, and guests have access to an ironing room.

The hotel comprises a total of 146 rooms. There are 30 single rooms with views of the river, 16 singles with views onto the courtyard, 22 category I doubles with views of the river, as well as 39 category II doubles (it is possible to supply additional beds), 22 doubles overlooking the courtyard, 2 extra large doubles, 5 apartments overlooking the river, 6 apartments overlooking the courtyard, 3 apartments with personal hot tub, and the President apartment. All rooms have bathroom with bathtub or shower, separate powder room, bidet (in some rooms), television, hairdryer, safe deposit box, bathrobes and slippers, and minibar (for an additional charge). Additional beds are available in some rooms. It is possible in 61 of the rooms (in those with river view, south facing or overlooking the colonnade) to arrange for twin beds. Accommodates 4 people. 2 bedrooms with twin beds, large living room, 2 bathrooms with powder room, separate powder room, telephone, free cable internet connection, television with Russian channels, minibar for an extra charge, and safe deposit box, and balcony with views onto the colonnade and the river. Room size 60m2.
Dining
All meals are served in the hotel restaurant. Diet and vegetarian meals are also served and there is a kids` menu. Kids` chairs/highchairs are provided. 7:30am-10:30am (buffet, tea and coffee included in the price) 12:30pm-3pm (menu with a choice of 14 dishes) 6:30pm-8:30pm (menu with a choice of 14 dishes) Special diet programs consist of reduced calorie meals such as the 650 calorie diet plan or 900 calorie plan.
Treatment
All treatments and procedures take place in the spa center. Colonic irrigation kits are available for purchase, as well as medicinal herbal kits for home use (in individual packs). `Brown` brand cosmetics are sold in either 125 ml. or 15 ml. tubes. Treatments take place Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm, and Saturdays from 8am-12pm. The spa is closed on Sundays.
