The three star Manes health spa lies in a secluded, wooded area of the resort, close to the town center and resort colonnade, just ten minutes walk from the healing springs. Guests can reach the town center or the colonnades by local bus, with the nearest bus stop located right next to the spa.The Manes is surrounded by woodland paths and walking trails, leading for example to the Diana Tower, the Lingart restaurant, or Olen jump. The Manes health spa, which dates to 1930, was restored in 2004 and now comprises 3 complexes: the three star Manes I, the two star Manes II, and the three star Chapek, all linked by passageways.

There is a restaurant with a capacity for 96 guests, and a cafe open from 10am-10pm. School, kindergarden, games room, gymnasium, fitness center, sports hall, and sauna with a capacity of 5 people (open from 9:30am-2pm, charged at €4 euro/30mins, as part of a treatment program). There is a stunning ornamental pond adjacent to the spa. Car parking is available for €1 Euro/day. There is free internet access in all hotel rooms as well as a WiFi connection in the hotel reception and the cafe. The reception, open 24 hours a day, has a safe deposit box (free to all guests), and an information service.

The Chapek hotel comprises a total of 14 rooms. There are 13 double rooms and 1 apartment. All rooms come complete with bathroom, separate powder room, mini-bar, telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer, radio, and safe deposit box. It is possible to supply rooms with additional beds and cots. Daily. Once weekly. Twice weekly, or as guests require. 12pm. 11pm. Late check-out is possible for an additional charge of €10 Euro. Early check-in is subject to prior arrangement with the hotel.

All meals are served in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant offers guests a wide range of food including special diet meals tailored to slimming, diabetic, low-cholesterol, gluten-free, and vegetarian dietary requirements. Following a medical consultation it is possible to tailor all diet meals to individual needs. Guests can also take time out to relax on the cafe summer terrace. 7:30am-9am. 11:30am-1pm (menu with a choice of 5 dishes and a salad bar). 5:30am-7pm (menu with a choice of 5 dishes and a salad bar).
Spa Treatment
Treatment is provided for adults and children with gastrointestinal conditions, metabolic disorders (for example type 2 diabetes, obesity, stomach, liver, and bladder problems). All treatment takes place in the hotel`s own spa facility, which offers guests a wide range of procedures and treatments (2-3 are performed daily). The spa is open Monday-Saturday from 7am-3pm. On Sundays the spa is closed.
