The four star Ulrika spa is located on one of the most picturesque streets in the resort center, approximately 3-5 minutes walk from the springs, opposite the Bristol hotel. Dating back to the 19th century, the hotel underwent restoration in 1996.
Infrastructure
The hotel boasts a 18 x 4m indoor pool with counter current system. There is also a 1m deep children`s swimming area. Hotel guests have free use of the pool. There is a jacuzzi (open 9am-8pm) and a wooden sauna with a capacity of 6 people (also free for hotel guests). In addition, there is a relaxation room, fitness center, sports hall, and a solarium, which is charged at €1 euro/minute. The hotel has its own restaurant, lobby-bar, cafe, and bar with summer terrace. Currency exchange, taxi reservation service, excursions, laundry and ironing services, beauty salon, internet at €0.50 euro/minute for guests with their own computers, billiards (€6 euro/hour) and foosball (€1 euro per game).

The hotel comprises a total of 60 rooms. There are 6 singles overlooking the courtyard, 41 double rooms (18 with a view onto the courtyard, 19 with balcony and street view, 4 luxe rooms with street view, 6 apartments with street views or views of the courtyard, and 1 Presidential Suite). All rooms have bathroom (with either bathtub or shower), telephone, radio, alarm clock, safe deposit box (for €2 euro/day), satellite television, DVD player (for €10 euro/day), refrigerator-minibar, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, and a selection of toiletries. Additional beds and baby cots are available. The Presidential Suite has air-conditioning. Daily. 2 times per week. Daily (5 towels per person). 2pm. 12pm. is possible for an additional 30% of the room price.

Dining
The hotel restaurant offers a variety of meals, including international cuisine, diet and vegetarian meals. 7:30am–9:30am. 12pm-2pm (choice of 8 dishes). 6pm-8pm (choice of 8 dishes).
Treatment
All treatments are carried out in the spa complex, which has a fully equipped treatment center with the full range of medical services, incorporating mineral water that comes straight from the springs. Treatments take place Monday - Friday from 7am-3pm, and Saturday from 7am-2pm. The spa is closed on Sundays.
