The four star Panorama Spa is situated in close proximity to the monument honoring the town`s founder, Charles IV, 7-10 minutes walk from the source of the springs and the Mary Magdalene Church. All rooms and the hotel terrace afford panoramic views of Karlovy Vary. The hotel is close to several walking trails, with walking forming a central part of the spa treatment program. The hotel was built in 1829 but underwent restoration in 2001. The Panorama hotel spa is a small, family-friendly hotel, with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The hotel comprises 22 rooms, out of which 7 are spacious apartment suites. The hotel also boasts its own clinic, restaurant, and terrace with exquisite views of the town.
Infrastructure
Sauna for 4 people (€7 euro/hour). The pool is 10 minutes walk from the hotel and costs €3 euro/hour to use. The hotel restaurant, with a capacity of 60 people, boasts a stunning terrace (open from 7am) with views onto the town`s historic old part. All guests are invited to sample the delights of the terrace grill, where live music evenings are held. On birthdays guests are presented with flowers and champagne. There is also a bar open from 11am, and a cafe, open until 3pm. In-house spa treatment center, providing spa procedures, water treatments, and physical therapy, and a massage therapy facility offering 11 different types of massage. The hotel also boasts its own sun terrace. There is a parking garage charged at €6 euro/night, while car parking at the front of the hotel is free. Rooms have refrigerator, direct dial telephone, television, safe deposit box, hairdryer, bathroom, WiFi internet, and fax machine. There is also a laundry service.

There hotel comprises a total of 22 rooms. There are 7 Luxe category rooms, 17 category I rooms offering panoramic views of the town, and 5 category II rooms. There are also 8 twin rooms (single occupancy possible). The hotel does not offer smoking rooms. All rooms have bathroom (higher category rooms also come with bidet), television, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathrobes (for guests following a treatment program), and slippers (free for all guests in Luxe category rooms, guests in other room types may rent them for an additional charge). Additional beds in the rooms are available. Children are eligible for treatment and child discounts are available. Pet accommodation (for pets weighing up to 7kg) is charged at €10 euro/day. All room doors come fitted with key card lock system to ensure guests’ maximum safety. Daily. Once every four days. Daily. 2pm. 12pm. Available at no extra charge but subject to room availability. Also possible but there is an extra charge of 50% of the guest`s daily room rate.

Standard double room with panoramic views. Room size 26-32m². Standard double room with street view, windows fitted with double glazing. Room size 24-30m². Spacious apartment with separate bedroom and open plan living room, bathroom, separate powder room, some of them have balcony with panoramic view of the town. Room size 38-58m². Duplex 2 room apartment, bathroom, separate powder room with bidet, living room, bedroom with panoramic views, balcony overlooking the colonnades. Room size 72m².
Dining
All meals are provided in the hotel restaurant, which serves European cuisine as well as diet and vegetarian dishes. 8am-10am (buffet, consisting of meat and cheese cold cuts, a selection of cereals, cold and hot snacks, patés, toast, dairy and egg dishes, home-baked cakes and pastries, salads, preserves, coffee, tea, and a variety of juices. 1pm-3pm. Choice of 4 entreés, with salads and side dishes from the buffet. Tea provided free of charge. 5pm-7pm. Choice of 4 entreés, with salad and side dishes from the buffet. Dessert. Spa Treatment
The hotel spa facility is EU certified, conforming to EU health facility standards. The spa treatment facility offers the full range of procedures, medical examinations and lab tests including ECG, which are all carried out on-site. Children aged 4 and above may undergo treatment, however, they must be examined by a pediatrician prior to doing so. Treatment packages comprise a total of 3 procedures per day, (1 main and 2 additional ones), as well as a prescribed course of Karlovy Vary mineral water. Treatments take place Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, and Saturdays 7am-3pm. The spa is closed Sundays.
