Short description
Location: Hotel Krivan 3*** has a unique position in Karlovy Vary spa center, with most mineral springs nearby. Krivan is a main building of hotel group owned and operated by company „Bohemia Lazne“ (another hotels of this group - Slovan, Concordia, Columbus are located in distance of max. 100 m away).
General information: complex of 9 historical buildings built in 19th century and connected by corridors; fully reconstructed in 2002;

Infrastructure
Pools and saunas: indoor swimming pool (5 x 7 m, counterflow, 48 % content of original mineral water, open daily: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., 3 €/hour), fitness center, turbo solarium (1 €/3 min.), sauna (capacity: 5 persons, 10 €/hour). Visits to swimming pool and sauna are included in the spa treatment packages.
Restaurant: dining room with capacity for 460 guests, restaurant „Bernard“ (30 seats), café, bar, (public restaurant  and bars opened daily 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.). More bars and restaurants of the hotel group at guests´ disposal.
Facilities: currency exchange, hairdresser’s, manicure, pedicure, library with internet box (2 € daily, hotel´s parking lots (capacity: 54 places, 7 € daily); safe at reception (1 € daily);

Room structure: 173 rooms - 61 single rooms, 103 double rooms 9 suites (2-rooms suite, 3-rooms appartment);
Room equipment: bathroom with tub or shower and WC, hair-dryer, phone, fridge, TV with international satellite channels, bathrobes on request – complimentary, deposit boxes at reception (1 € daily). Extra beds in double rooms – on request. Baby cot – on request. Pets allowed – 5 € daily. All rooms for non smokers. Half of double rooms can be arranged as twin bedded.

Change of linens: 2-3 times a week;
Change of towels: on request (ca. 2-3 times a week);

Dining
General information: Restaurant /dining room for both public and hotel guests (also for those living in depandances Concordia, Columbus). Choice from 5 basic specialized diets; (individual diets on request).
Buffet breakfast: 7.30 - 9 a.m.; (cheese, saussages, porridges, pastries, savouries, toasts, aspics, dairy products, yogurts, curdy and egg dishes, bread and rolls, vegetable salads, coffee, tea, milk, water, juices, etc.);
Lunch: 12 noon - 13.30 p.m. - choice from 3 soups and 12 main courses (according to a prescribed diet), salads and desserts buffet;
Dinner: 5.30 p.m. - 6.30 p.m. - choice from 12 main courses (according to a prescribed diet), salads and desserts buffet;

Treatment services
General information: Treatment services are granted in balneological department of the spa resort (hotel´s in house spa center with original mineral water). More than 10 specialized spa programs (comprehensive spa treatment, preventional, rehabititative, etc. packages). Classical spa treatment package includes 14 treatments weekly. Treatment for children older than 7 years available (in-house pediatrist).
Treatments available daily: Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Saturday: 7 a.m. – 1 p.m., Sunday: closed. Treatment rooms for classical massages operate as follows: Mon, Wed, Fri – women days; Tue, Thu. Sat – men days.
