The four star Cajkovsky spa, spread over 4 floors, is situated in the center of the Karlovy Vary spa town. It shares this prestigious location with the adjacent Russian Orthodox Cathedral, as well as being close to the colonade, and just 200 meters from the springs. In 2003 the spa underwent a full restoration.
Infrastructure
The hotel has an 11x4m covered pool with wave machine, Finnish sauna with a capacity of 5 people, and a steam room with also a capacity of 5 people. The sauna is open from 4pm-10pm and costs €7/person/hour. All hotel guests can take advantage of free use of the pool from 4pm-10pm. Appointments with the spa complex`s resident doctor take place from the morning until 3pm. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (all buffet) are served in the restaurant, which is open from 7:30am-8pm. The restaurant can accommodate 56 people, and has tables seating 4 or 6 guests. There is also a bar open from 10am-10pm, with a capacity of 16 people, where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served, and there is a large choice of wine, cocktails, and coffee. Guests can also order food from the bar`s a la carte menu. Currency exchange, beauty salon, car-parking facility (garage or car park) for €6 Euro/day, elevator, and free WiFi internet in all communal areas.

The hotel is comprised of a total of 37 rooms. There are 3 singles, 13 doubles, 9 double with balcony, 6 double `street view` (in 2 of these rooms it is possible to supply extra beds), 2 junior suite, 4 apartments. All rooms have bathroom, shower (bathtub in apartments only), bidet (in some of the rooms), telephone, minibar, satellite television, safe deposit box, hairdryer and bathrobes. Cable internet available in all rooms is charged at €10 Euro/hour; unfortunately it is not possible to hire laptops. Pet accommodation is available for an additional charge of €10/day. Treatment
All treatments take place at the spa complex, open from 7am-2:30pm Monday-Saturday, with treatment packages including 21 procedures per week. The complex is closed on Sundays.
