The 4 star Smetana Vysehrad spa resort lies in a green picturesque corner of Karlovy Vary, opposite the Russian Orthodox church, at the foot of the hills. The hotel is spread over 5 floors (with elevator) which are joined together by a main passageway. Built in 1890, the last restoration took place in 1993.

The hotel has its own restaurant with a capacity of 52 people, a cafe with a capacity of 30 people, a summer restaurant and terrace. 4 person sauna (€10 euro/person), solarium (€2 euro/minute). The hotel comprises a total of 49 rooms (not air-conditioned). There are 3 single rooms, 39 doubles, and 7 apartments. Additional beds and cots are available. Pet accommodation is available for €8 euro/day. Daily. 2-3 times weekly. 2-3 times weekly or per guests’ wishes. 2pm. 10am. Dining
All meals are provided in the hotel restaurant which accommodates 52 people and serves international cuisine, as well as vegetarian and diet meals. The cafe is open from 9:30am-8:30pm. 7am-9:30am. Cheese and meat cold cuts, preserves, bread and pastries, dairy and egg dishes, fruit, and hot and cold drinks. 11:30am-2pm (choice of 4 dishes). 5:30pm-8:30pm (choice of 4 dishes).
Spa Treatment
All treatments take place in the spa complex, with 2-3 treatments/procedures carried out per day for each guest. Treatment is provided to children 12 years and up, for children younger than 12 this is subject to agreement with the spa staff. Treatments take place Monday - Saturday from 8am-4pm. The spa is closed on Sundays.
