Location: Fashionable spa resort “Carlsbad Plaza” 5***** is situated in the very heart of the resort zone of Karlovy Vary, on Tepla river bank, in front of the beautiful park.
General information: At the moment this spa center can be considered the best resort in Karlovy Vary for the quality and range of services. The Hotel was opened for public after two years of complicated reconstruction works in December 2005. Deposit 400 or 500 € should be paid by the guest on his/her hotel account at check-in; final deposit statement / additional payment is made at guest´s check-out. Member of „The Leading Hotels of the World“ association since April, 2007.

On the 4th floor – connection of the historic and the new building.3 twin-bedded rooms are located on each floor. Smoking rooms available.

Dining
General information: Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held at the great Buffet Sorrento Restaurant, with its abundant buffet tables available throughout the day. It is also possible to dine a la carte in the French and Asian restaurants. The difference in rates is paid on the spot (guests are credited for: 13 Euro for lunch, 20 Euro for dinner). Choice of vegetarian and dietary dishes. Dress code requirements.
Drinks during meals are free of charge: breakfast - tea, coffee, hot chocolate, 5 sorts of juice water. Lunch and dinner - tea.

Spa Treatment
General information: Spa center provides comprehensive spa treatment with services of high quality. It is luxuriousy and modern equipped. Proper balneo-therapeutic center, one of the most modern in Europe, provides more than 900 procedures per day. Hot thermal spring water is used for treatments. Hematological and biochemical laboratories are active in the spa center. Spa treatments only available for children over 12 years of age. Spa treatment package includes 15 treatments weekly Mobile phones have to be left in rooms. Children younger than 12 years can access the swimming pool only in accompaniment of an adult and until 5 p.m.
Spa center opening time: Daily from 9 a.m. til 9 p.m.
No. procedures: 15 weekly, 2-3 dajly, if necessary 5-6 procedures available.
